			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/p119036515"><img class="alignleft" title="031913" src="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/img/s8/v81/p1489299068-3.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="360" /></a>Shortly after 5am on Tuesday, March 19<sup>th</sup> 2013 the Garfield NJ Fire Department responded to 950 River Rd for are reported fire in a townhouse complex.  First arriving companies found heavy fire on all floors of a 3 story center of row townhouse.  There were a total of 14 units in all and fire involved approximately 7 and the entire series was still under construction. Fire quickly spread to the top floor and through the roof of all adjoining units on the “D” side.  Exterior operations commenced as companies experienced access and water problems.  A 2<sup>nd</sup> alarm was requested and additional mutual aid for coverage.  The fire was darkened down and brought under control after 2 hours of operation.  There were no reported injuries.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/p614086185"><img class="alignleft" title="031413" src="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/img/s2/v71/p1484159534-3.jpg" alt="" width="464" height="310" /></a>On Thursday, March 14th 2013 shortly after 2030hrs the Passaic NJ Fire Department responded to 81 4th Street for a reported fire.  On arrival first due units found heavy fire showing from the 2nd floor windows of a 2sty brick 2-family OMD.  A 2nd alarm was requested on arrival due to threatened exposures and multiple reports of trapped occupants.  Crews attempted to make the 2nd floor however were pushed back by heavy fire conditions.  Quick outside operations darkened fire enough to allow a re-entry.  Crews knocked down remaining fire relatively quickly and searches proved negative.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/p548695059"><img class="alignleft" title="031013" src="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/img/s2/v70/p1471551070-3.jpg" alt="" width="464" height="310" /></a>On Sunday, March 10th 2013 the Harrison NJ Fire Department responded to 606 Frank E Rodgers Blvd North for a reported fire.  Companies arrived to find heavy fire in the rear, extending, in a 2 story occupied multiple dwelling.  A 2nd alarm was requested as the fire began to rapidly advance.  Mutual aid companies arrived and began attacking fire on adjacent exposures.  As alarm levels increased, so did the fire conditions.  Fire consumed the top floor and cocklofts of 600, 602, 604, and 606 Frank E Rodgers Blvd and also extended into apartments in an exposure on the Davis Street side.  During the fire a backdraft occurred blowing out windows on the 2nd floor and injuring several firefighters.  Exterior operations continued for several hours as the fire burned it&#8217;s way through the roofs of both structures.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/p203421334"><img class="alignleft" title="012713" src="http://galleries.publicsafetypictures.com/img/s8/v78/p1401179822-3.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="360" /></a>On Sunday, January 27th 2013 the East Rutherford NJ Fire Department responded to 88 High St on a reported fire.  First arriving companies found heavy fire throughout a 2.5sty private dwelling.  Civilians reported an occupant trapped on the 2nd floor and a 2nd alarm was requested.  Crews conducted interior searches while stretching lines and establishing water supplies.  A male victim was later found on the 2nd floor and removed in cardiac arrest.  Once found, members were removed from the building an began exterior operations.  A 3rd alarm was later requested and exterior operations continued until entry could be made for overhaul.  Several firefighters received non-life threatening injuries.</p>
