On Monday, February 28th, 2011 the Paterson NJ Fire Department responded to 133 12th Ave on a reported 2nd floor fire.  First arriving companies reported heavy smoke showing out the front of a 3sty frame with exposure problems.  As additional units arrived, fire extended into Exposure-D prompting additional alarm levels.  2 Firefighters received minor injuries.
