7-24-05 - Paterson General Alarm - 23 West Railway Ave Paterson companies arrived to find a fully involved, 4sty, 75X250 mill type building at 23 West Railway Ave on Sunday July 24th, 2005. Just like the old days, heavy fire and heat conditions immediately caused an exposure concern to nearby properties. Extensive mutual aid was requested to assist with protection of surrounding properties and water supply. The building was scheduled for demolition and the cause is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
