11-19-07 - Pine Brook 2nd Alarm - 18 Old Bloomfield Ave

On Monday November 18th 2007 the Pine Brook NJ Fire Department responded to 18 Old Bloomfield Ave on a reported fire. Companies found a 2nd floor kitchen fire in a 3sty apartment building. The building was also attached to the Don Pepe restaurant. <p> Companies advanced lines and quickly knocked down interior fire as a ladder truck prevented fire spread on the roof. A 2nd alarm amount of apparatus was requested to the scene to assist with extension. Companies operated at the scene for a while opening up walls on the 2nd, 3rd floors and attic to check for extension. There were no reported injuries.
