1-18-07 - Bloomfield 2nd Alarm - 16 Bellevue Terr On Thursday January 18th 2007 shortly after 8pm the Bloomfield NJ Fire Department responded to 16 Bellevue Terrace on a reported house fire. On arrival companies had heavy fire showing from the 1st fl doorway and smoke on the upper floors. The home was an occupied 2.5sty frame. Companies made an aggressive attack and were able to gain entry into the first floor. With a 2nd alarm request and back up lines companies headed off the fire on the 2nd floor before it could damage the rest of the house. Cause of the fire was unknown at time of this writing and there were no reported injuries.
