09-24-09 - Hasbrouck Heights MVA - Route 17 North, North of Franklin Ave

On Thursday, September 24th 2009, Hasbrouck Heights NJ Fire & EMS responded to the car wash on Route 17 Northbound, North of Franklin Ave for a vehicle that ran off the road into a waterway. Crews found a single vehicle, single occupant collision where the operator ran off the road and into a water filled ravine. A mutual aid truck from Moonachie was used to gain access to the victim for easier removal. There were non-life threatening injuries.
