02-14-09 - Paterson Working Fire - 214/216 5th Ave

On Saturday, February 14th 2009 the Paterson NJ Fire Department responded to 214/216 5th Ave near East 16th St on a reported fire. First due Engine 5 reported heavy smoke showing from the top floor of a 3sty 40x60 2 family dwelling. Crews quickly opened the roof while putting lines in place and were able to bring the fire under control within 30 minutes. There were no reported injuries.
