05-07-07 - Glen Rock Working Fire - 3 Serafin Pl

Around 3pm on Monday May 7th 2007 the Glen Rock NJ Fire Department responded to the corner of Serafin Pl and Lincoln Ave on a reported garage fire. On arrival, companies found a 1 1/2sty 25x20 garage fully involved and occupied by 1 antique Porche and 1 antique Bentley. Companies put 1 handline into operation to darken down the heavy fire and later 2 additional handlines were placed into operation to assist. The cause of the fire was not yet determined and 1 firefighter was evaluated by ems at the scene but not transported.
