On Monday December 31st 2007 the Paterson NJ Fire Department responded to 22nd Ave and East 23rd St on a reported fire. First arriving units found heavy fire blowing out the rear of a 2sty 30X40 multi-family frame. <p> Crews quickly put 1 handline into operation to protect Exposure "D" and an additional handline into the fire building. Members knocked down the heavy volume of fire pretty quickly however it took some time to overhaul the apartments and access the fire within the walls. There was 1 non-life threatening injury reported.
