In the early morning hours of Saturday May 5th 2007 the Saddle Brook NJ Fire Department responded to 370 Market St on a reported fire. On arrival companies found heavy fire blowing out the front of a mattress store located on the end of a row of stores. The overall complex was approximately 1sty 100x75. Fire extended to a food store but was quickly cut off before it could take out any more property. <p> A 2nd alarm was quickly requested on arrival and mutual aid companies were utilized for manpower and assistance with exterior operations in the rear of the building. There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire was still under investigation at time of this writing.
