On Sunday, August 29th 2010 the Totowa NJ Fire Department responded to Gordon Ave just west of Union Blvd for a reported vehicle fire. First arriving units reported the box of a large catering truck fully involved along with a burning propane tank. Crews were able to knock down heavy fire before burning power lines above could break.

The propane tank was later removed and bled until empty while other firefighters overhauled the Brownstone Catering Truck. The driver of the vehicle sustained minor arm burns. <p> I also have to admit embarrassingly enough that the first 40 photos of the fire blowing out of every crack and crevice are missing because someone forgot to put the flash memory card back in the camera from the Englewood Fire. Oh well... it happens to all of us at some point.
