In the evening hours of Sunday, September 20th 2008 the Wayne NJ Fire Department responded to 51 Forrest Terr on a reported fire. First due units reported a fully involved 2.5sty frame. The initial company immediately grabbed a nearby hydrant and set up exterior operations with a deck gun. Several additional 2 ½” hand lines were put into operation and were able to knocked down a bulk of the fire before the last due companies even arrived. There were no reported injuries.
