10-19-08 - Paterson General Alarm - 98 Mill St

Paterson FD was dispatched on a reported fire. Prior to arrival, police updated the call as three dwellings on fire. Engine 7 also reported heavy smoke visible immediately upon pulling out of quarters. <p> On arrival, companies found heavy fire venting out the front door of a 4sty 4-family dwelling with extension to a 3sty 3-family dwelling. A 2nd alarm was called as fire consumed a total of 5 multi-family dwellings.

All Paterson companies and assistance from several towns was requested.
