3-20-05 - Clifton 2nd Alarm - 320 Colfax Ave On March 20, 2005, Clifton Fire Department arrived at 320 Colfax Ave. to find light smoke showing from the roof vents of this one-story "L" shaped commercial building. The fire involved a piece of equipment and acidic chemicals. A second alarm for manpower was requested in addition to a foam unit. Fire was knocked down with dry chemical extinguishers. One firefighter experienced a non-life threatening respiratory illness.
