Shortly before Midnight on Saturday May 15th 2010, North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue responded to New York Avenue and 20th St on a reported fire. First arriving companies at 1912 New York Avenue reported fire through the roof of a vacant 3sty funeral home. Crews made an interior attack to darken fire on the 2nd floor however were withdrawn at the request of the 3rd alarm due to poor interior conditions.
