12-19-05 - Orange 2nd Alarm - 20 Main St On December 19th, the Orange Fire Department responded to an auto salvage yard at 20 Main St. On arrival, companies found approximately 30 cars on fire stacked up in the rear of the facility. Limited access and deep seated fire within the wrecked vehicles hampered firefighters for hours. There were no reported injuries and the heavy smoked tied up traffic on Route 280 through the evening rush.
