09-02-10 - Bronx 6th Alarm - Box-3848 - 4225 White Plains Rd

Shortly after midnight on September 2nd, 2010 companies in the Bronx were dispatched to Box-3848, 4225 White Plains Rd at the corner of East 234th St for a fire in a taxpayer. A 2nd alarm was called a short time after the All Hands as fire began to spread through the cockloft of a 150x50 row of stores. The fire quickly consumed the building as alarm levels increased. 14 firefighters received injuries during the fire.
