01-07-08 - Hoboken 3rd Alarm - 1st St and Washington Ave

In the early hours of Monday Morning,January 7th 2008 the Hoboken NJ Fire Department responded to the corner of 1st St and Washington Ave on a reported fire. First due companies found fire in a 1st floor bar which was vertically extending into the above apartments via the walls. <p> Additional companies were called throughout the night as the fire made its way to the top floor and eventually through the roof of the 4sty brick building. Companies operated outside the building due to an interior collapse of the 2nd floor early on in the fire.
