3-24-05 - Little Ferry 2nd Alarm - 281 Waterside Dr On Thursday, March 24th, 2005, Little Ferry Fire Department arrived at 281 Waterside Dr, Building 9, to find heavy fire showing out a 3rd floor end unit apartment in this three-story 150X50 apartment building. An aggressive attack quickly knocked down the fire and kept extension to the cockloft to a minimum. A second alarm was requested for manpower and cover up. One resident was transported for smoke inhalation and one firefighter received a minor arm injury.
