On Saturday, September 27th, 2008 the Totowa Police, Fire and EMS responded to Riverview Drive near Minisink Road on a reported motor vehicle accident. The collision involved a single occupant, single auto chain of events which removed a street sign, 50 feet of guide rail, fencing, and then a telephone pole. The occupant received non-life threatening injuries and the cause of the collision was still under investigation.
