04-25-09 - Passaic Water Search & Recovery - Passaic River - Multi-Agency search for a 3 year old child and her uncle. Girl was located by NJSP Aviation (N1NJ) near the water pumping station. Crews continued to search for the uncle well into the afternoon. <p> Area media outlets reported that this was a homicide / suicide subsequent to an amber alert earlier in the morning.
